Two women caught with fake passports in a week
01.11.08
Two women who tried to enter the UK via Liverpool Airport with false passports were caught by immigration officers last week. A woman flying in from Spain presented a Dutch passport. Later she admitted she was from Nigeria and had bought the passport for €5,000.
Another woman who had flown in from Amsterdam had a Danish passport, but could not write the name as it appeared on the passport. She admitted her true Somalian identity and confirmed she bought the passport for £3,000.
Both women were refused entry to the UK and removed the following day.
