Weather continues to hit passengers

Passengers faced further misery as the bad weather continued to hit flights at Liverpool Airport, the Echo reports. Seven flights into the airport were diverted to other airports yesterday after 10 were scrapped on Monday, leaving more passengers stranded before the New Year break.
The disruption also hit easyJet passengers flying from Liverpool Airport to Belfast when their flight was cancelled. This was caused by the knock-on effect of Monday’s problems, with the plane to operate the service out of position.
